Blue Steel Series - Walt Disney Concert Hall
I gave myself a personal project - photograph the Walt Disney Concert Hall, focusing more on the simple lines than the whole building. It was very refreshing to take a few hours by myself and photograph for myself. I also discovered how dirty my camera's sensor is.
The architect is Frank Gehry of Los Angeles. He also did the Guggenheim Museums in New York and Bilbao Spain.
I studied architecture my first two years of college and have always been a big fan of unique design. Frank's approach is different than most; he starts with paper and folds one over another until he is satisfied. He lays most of the responsibility on his staff to figure out how to make it work. He's probably the last of his kind.

Monte De Oro - Party Room
I photographed an Architectural interior shoot for Monte de Oro last week. They set it up four different ways for four different uses. It is an awesome choice for parties of around 50 guests. My favorite part of this room is the fact that it is surrounded on three sides by french doors. Plus it opens up to an outdoor patio with a fireplace.
