Keith is a professional photographer. I didn't know this when they booked with us. But it was obvious when I walked into their house on Balboa Island. There were beauiful photos on the walls and antique cameras on old wooden tripods. I can't tell you how many people reminded me throughout the day that Keith had high expectations.
This kind of pressure is actually good for me. It takes me out of my comfort zone and makes me think outside of the box.
I was especially happy with the low-light evening shots. These can be especially challanging when you are working in an outdoor location. Most photographers (including myself) like to bounce light off of a ceiling but this wasn't an option.
Julie and I moved our studio from Mission Viejo to Temecula 7 years ago and we really haven't worked in the OC much since. We definitely miss the variety of Orange County.
You definitely have a talent in photography! The grayscale effect made the picture of the two of you smiling more dramatic. You got it covered, from the start of the day, up to the reception phase of the wedding day. Congratulations!
